Our club offers modern courts, professional coaching, and a place where players of all ages can enjoy the game of tennis while growing together.
The Aradippou Tennis Club (ATC) was first formed unofficially in 1987 by a group of friends who shared a passion for tennis and a vision to establish a club in Aradippou. Their first goal was simple to secure a court where they could play.
Through their determination, the members of the ATC successfully persuaded the Forestry Department to construct a tennis court at Rizoelia Park, specifically for the needs of the club. That same court still stands today, serving as a testament to their dedication and love for the sport.
As the club grew in membership, tournaments were often held at the Golden Bay Hotel in Dhekelia, where many of our members were also part of the hotel’s Health Club.
On 17 October 2003, the Aradippou Tennis Club was officially registered, marking a significant milestone in our journey and laying the foundation for the vibrant community we are proud to be today.

Until recently, our club operated a single tennis court constructed with the assistance of the Forest Department in the Rizoelia Forest area.
Temporary courts were also developed behind the Aradippou High School and at a modified basketball court near the Aradippou roundabout, thanks to support from the local municipality. These facilities enabled us to run regular training, friendly matches, and tournaments even before permanent infrastructure was established.
Now, we have two high-level pro courts, built to US Open and Australian Open hard-court standards, with LED floodlights on both courts.
